A Note From Laura.......

I'm currently at Texas A&M, majoring in Biomedical Science.  Because of my busy schedule here, it's hard to continue my singing schedule.  I'm not sure when I'll be able to pick up where I left off.....

However, this summer, while at Fan Fair, I had two shows at Wolfey's Den, in the Gaylord Entertainment Center.  It was fun singing, and I also got to visit with Keith Anderson!  (see the pictures on the Fan Fair 2006 page)

Last summer when I was at Fan Fair, I got to do three 4-hour shows at the Hard Rock Cafe in Nashville.  It was a blast getting to hang out with my fans on the patio during my shows.  Thank you to all of the wonderful fans who were there.  And thank you to the Hard Rock for continuing to welcome me back.

I still have my wonderful manager in Nashville: Gus Barba.  Gus is wonderful!   This summer he set up a film crew to video my shows at the Hard Rock Cafe while I was in Nashville.  This video will be put on DVD - let me know if you'd like to purchase a copy.  We also had another photo shoot with Dennis Carney, to update my portfolio.

My third CD is still selling well.  On it there are 2 original songs that were written for me ("I'm Not Britney" and "Jump Out on the Road and Dance with Me"), and 2 cover tunes ("Crazy" and "Misty Blue").  They're only $5 each, so let me know if you'd like to buy one.  (just e-mail me at rford3000@aol.com and let me know if you'd like).

My second CD "From Texas to Tennessee", which was recorded in Nashville, is also available to purchase for $5.  (Don't forget, my first CD "I Ain't No Better Crocker" is now available for $5.)

Sadly, I have closed my Fan Club, due to my time-off at college.

Please sign my guest book to let me know what you think of my website.  (my guest book is on my "home page")
